By having desire of laxmi (wealth) one doesnt get wealth. Wealth comes because of Punya karma which is charged thru giving happiness to others, by having intention to spend money for good cause, for religion, for others.

Samyeik buddhi: it takes one towards Moksh. In Kramic it comes only after getting samkit. In Akram one gets much higher stage - stage of Pragna Shakti.

For any good work or donation done, nothing in return should be expected and one who has experienced Real (aatmarthi) will not have any interest in such returns.

For any good work done, appreciation is bound to happen but if he doesn't taste (chakhe nahi) and enjoy that appreciation then it would be beneficial to both otherwise it will be harmful.
