Everybody will have 1-2 sticky file in Home, Family, Neighborhood, Job or Business, Bavo, Mangaldas, and also in Religion.
Leakage in Shil:
When we think if other person will do this to me, I will do this (argument, emotional and team pressure).
When we try to improve others.
Prejudice about other that he is going to do this.
Working for protecting file 1.
Why sticky files is not settled because we keep on doing internal deliberation that I will not accept his bullying, he is wrong, he is egoist.
